Will it fit my shower?

Velura screws onto any standard US shower hose. If your shower has a fixed head on the wall, add our hose and wall holder with your order and screw the holder onto your shower arm where the old head was.

Does it lower the water pressure?

No. The 392 micro-nozzles push the water out in fine streams, so most people find the spray feels stronger than before, even on low pressure.

How long does a filter last?

About 3 months for most homes, which is around 2,600 gallons of water. Swap it sooner if the spray slows down or the old filter has turned dark.

How do I change the filter?

Twist the handle open, pull out the old filter, click in the new one and twist it closed again. It takes about 10 seconds and you need no tools.

How do the magnetic brush heads work?

Each head has a short plug that clicks into the oval ring with a magnet. Water keeps running through the nozzles around it, so you scrub and rinse at the same time. Pull it off to switch heads or to let it dry.

Is the vitamin C filter scented?

Yes, lightly. The vitamin C gives the water a soft, fresh scent while you shower.

How does the filter plan work?

You pay for the shower head and your first plan today. We email you 3 days before each new filter ships, and shipping is always free. You can skip a delivery or cancel any time from your account.

Can I buy just the shower head?

Yes. Choose "Prefer a one-time purchase?" under the plans. You get the shower head with one filter fitted, and you can order new filters whenever you need them.

How does the 60-day return work?

How long does shipping take?
