2. Bridge Pose

Take deep breaths while holding the pose and hold it for around 30 seconds if you are a beginner.
3. Boat Pose
Start this pose by sitting on the yoga mat. Bend your knees and put your feet flat on the ground. Rest your hands on the sides of your hips. Raise your feet in the forward direction and lean your back while keeping the spine straight and aligned.
Your back and thighs should make a ‘V’. When you have achieved a stable posture, take your hand to your knees. If you find it hard to maintain the posture, you can bend your knees a little because you are not stable enough. But do not bend the spine.
Hold the pose or 30 seconds and push yourself to keep the pose for a little longer each time.
4. Side Plank
A side plank can help achieve a flat tummy. The side plank is often disregarded and most people go for a good old plank only. But side plank can really help tone muscles in your belly.
Begin the pose by lying on your side and put your arm till elbow flat on the ground. Press on your forearm and lift the body away from the ground. Try to make the overall body straight and aligned.
Repeat the pose with another side of your body. As a beginner hold this pose for 30 seconds and then let go. Practice this pose often to target the belly fat and build strength.
5. Superman Pose
Begin the pose by lying on your stomach. Stretch your arms straight in front of you and palms should face the ground. Slowly raise your arms and legs as high as you can while lying on your belly.
Hold the superman pose for 30 seconds. Try to exceed the time limit each time you practice it.
